Meet Alpha MOS in Melbourne this July for FoodPro 2026 & AIFST26

From 26–29 July 2026, foodpro – Australia’s premier trade show for food processing, manufacturing and packaging, held triennially, returns to the MCEC (Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre). This edition will bring together over 400 exhibitors and 9,000+ industry professionals. Spanning eight key zones from processing and packaging to ingredients and digital factories, the show will also feature an innovation stage and live equipment demonstrations.

Running alongside it, the AIFST Annual Conference (AIFST26) takes place on 27–28 July, with more than 50 speakers sharing the latest research and trends in food science, regulation, and sustainability. Together, these two events create a unique platform that connects R&D with commercial production, covering the full food and beverage value chain.

This is our third consecutive year at AIFST, and we warmly invite you to visit our booth for on‑site discussions about sensory science and its applications.
